Store policies

  • We do not accept returns, please be sure before you buy!
  • For events, if a cancellation happens within 24 hours of the event we do not refund the purchase
  • In the event of a refund for any reason, we refund the value minus a 3% processing fee that is taken by Shopify
  • The website price is always the correct price. We do not always physically reprice things in store but we continuously update prices in our system.
  • Pre-order policy
    • We set up pre-orders when we receive our allocation of product from the distributor. This is usually the week before a product launches.
    • We generally do not ship pre-orders and limit to in-store pickup.
    • We may limit quantity of pre-orders to avoid one person buying our entire stock.
